Shipping Policy

Richmond Lighting ships nationwide across New Zealand.

Processing time

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. If an item is on back-order or made to order, we'll contact you with an estimated lead time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times & cost

Standard courier delivery typically takes 1–3 business days to North Island urban addresses and 2–5 business days to the South Island and rural locations. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Rural delivery may add an extra day or two.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Click & collect

You're welcome to collect your order from either of our showrooms in Blenheim (10 Grove Road) or Richmond, Nelson (34 Beach Road). Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming in.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or resolve the issue. If a parcel appears lost in transit, get in touch and we'll follow it up with the courier.
